Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across all restaurant locations in Bali.
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional creative team (designers, copywriters, digital specialists) to produce high-impact campaigns for digital, print, and in-venue channels.
  • Oversee social media management, content creation, and community engagement to build a loyal following and drive foot traffic.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities and refine marketing approaches.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals, promotions, and seasonal events.
  • Manage budgets, ROI tracking, and performance metrics to ensure cost-effective spending and measurable results.
  • Plan and execute experiential marketing events, partnerships, and influencer collaborations to enhance brand prestige.
  • Optimize SEO/SEM strategies and website content to improve online visibility and conversion rates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the hospitality, F&B, or luxury brand sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving ROI through digital marketing (social media, email, PPC) and traditional channels.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Exceptional creative and analytical thinking, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian/Bahasa is advantageous.
