Responsibility
- Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service across all digital platforms.
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as traffic, bounce rates, and ROI to optimize e-commerce performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of promotions, pricing, and fulfillment processes.
- Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and digital assets to enhance SEO and user engagement.
- Implement and maintain financial systems to track e-commerce revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
- Train and mentor junior staff or interns on e-commerce best practices and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced retail or tech environment.
- Proven track record of driving online sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEO/SEM platforms, and e-commerce CMS (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholder relationships.
- Familiarity with financial reporting and budgeting for e-commerce operations.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
