Responsibility

- Segment customer databases and create targeted campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor CRM performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, lead response times) and provide actionable insights.
- Integrate CRM tools with other platforms (e.g., email marketing, social media, e-commerce) using APIs or automation tools like Zapier.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track KPIs and present findings to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in CRM systems and collaborate with IT teams to resolve them.
- Stay updated on CRM and automation trends to recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1+ years) as a Virtual Assistant, CRM Administrator, or Marketing Automation Specialist.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, ActiveCampaign).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
