Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, focusing on high-value keywords for luxury real estate.
- Create and optimize high-quality, engaging content (blogs, articles, property descriptions) tailored to affluent audiences.
- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, with a focus on brand storytelling and lead generation.
- Oversee CRM and email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, automate follow-ups, and maximize conversion rates.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the luxury real estate space.
- Monitor and report on KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and sales teams to ensure a seamless, high-end user experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay ahead of SEO and digital marketing trends, particularly those relevant to luxury brands and high-net-worth individuals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in SEO, digital marketing, and content creation, preferably in real estate, luxury brands, or high-ticket industries.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful SEO campaigns, content strategies, and social media growth.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft persuasive, high-end messaging.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
- Knowledge of luxury market dynamics and the ability to tailor strategies to affluent audiences.
