Responsibility
- Develop and implement localized marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and sales across multiple store locations in Bali.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to align local initiatives with broader brand strategies.
- Manage social media and digital marketing efforts to amplify reach and engagement in the local market.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, media, and community organizations.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
