Responsibility
- Create, edit, and schedule high-quality social media content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Develop and implement a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publishing.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a professional and brand-aligned manner.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for content improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with broader campaign goals.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, impressions) and provide actionable insights.
- Optimize content for SEO and platform-specific best practices to maximize visibility.
- Assist in managing paid social media campaigns, including ad creation and performance tracking.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Assistant, Content Creator, or similar role (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce visually appealing and engaging content.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) and video editing is a plus.
- Analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
