Responsibility
- Develop and execute reliability test plans for media health in heterogeneous memory systems
- Analyze failure mechanisms and implement corrective actions to improve product robustness
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to enhance product reliability from concept to production
- Create and maintain reliability documentation and technical reports
- Utilize statistical analysis tools to predict product lifetime and failure rates
- Support customer reliability requirements and field failure analysis
- Stay current with emerging reliability testing methodologies and industry standards
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in semiconductor reliability engineering
- Strong understanding of memory device physics and failure mechanisms
- Experience with reliability testing equipment and methodologies
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (JMP, Python, or similar)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment
