Responsibility

  • Lead the design, analysis, and optimization of heat exchanger systems for industrial applications, ensuring compliance with international standards (e.g., ASME, TEMA).
  • Perform thermal and hydraulic calculations to evaluate heat exchanger performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate heat exchanger solutions into larger engineering projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new thermal system designs.
  • Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufacturing and installation.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in existing heat exchanger systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in thermal engineering.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in heat exchanger design, thermal analysis, or related engineering roles.
  • Proficiency in HTRI, Aspen Plus, ANSYS, or similar thermal simulation software.
  • Strong knowledge of heat transfer principles, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics.
  • Experience with industry standards (ASME, TEMA, API) and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with fluency in English.
  • Experience in project management or leadership roles is a plus.
