Responsibility
- Design and develop civil engineering plans for solar farm projects, including site layouts, grading, drainage, and foundation systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies, soil testing, and topographical surveys to assess project viability and risks.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry standards (e.g., PRC guidelines).
- Collaborate with electrical engineers, architects, and contractors to integrate civil works with solar panel installations and electrical systems.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates using CAD software and BIM tools.
- Oversee construction activities, including site preparation, excavation, and structural installation, to ensure adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and material procurement to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting risks, delays, or design adjustments.
Qualifications
- PRC-licensed Civil Engineer (mandatory) with a Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a preference for candidates with solar energy or renewable energy project experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or similar design software, as well as project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, and construction methodologies for large-scale infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes, environmental laws, and permit acquisition processes (advantageous).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex technical data and blueprints.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali (e.g., Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar) as required.
