Responsibility
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Oversee site construction activities, including quality control, safety protocols, and timeline adherence.
- Manage facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to ensure optimal functionality.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and government agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Develop and implement cost-effective solutions for infrastructure development and facility management.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to mitigate potential issues.
- Prepare and present technical reports, budgets, and project updates to senior management.
- Ensure sustainable and environmentally conscious practices are integrated into all projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of managing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in facilities management, including maintenance and operational oversight.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
