You will act as the technical authority during the sales cycle, conducting product demonstrations, performing rigorous quality assurance on solution architectures, and ensuring that our offerings align perfectly with enterprise requirements. Responsibility
- Lead consultative technical discovery sessions to identify and document client business requirements.
- Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients.
- Conduct thorough QA testing and validation of pre-sales solution architectures to ensure feasibility and performance.
- Collaborate with the internal product development and engineering teams to provide feedback on market demands and product enhancements.
- Develop technical proposals, RFPs, and solution designs that clearly articulate the ROI of Yondu services.
- Provide technical support and expertise to the sales team throughout the entire customer acquisition lifecycle.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in ICT to provide competitive insights and maintain technical edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Product QA role.
- Proven track record in consultative selling and translating technical specifications into business solutions.
- Deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure in a sales-driven environment.
- Experience with cloud-based services and enterprise-level ICT infrastructure.
