Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of IT strategies that support business objectives and drive innovation.
- Oversee multiple IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Design and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and deliver scalable solutions.
- Manage and mentor IT teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve business processes.
- Monitor IT budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to optimize costs and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing IT projects, teams, and budgets in a dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with IT governance frameworks, compliance, and risk management.
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, or other modern software development methodologies is a plus.
