Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to secure high-quality materials and products at competitive prices.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers to ensure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess, optimizing working capital.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, logistics, finance) to align procurement with business needs.
- Evaluate and onboard new suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
- Track market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply chain risks to mitigate disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sourcing standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present procurement reports with key metrics (e.g., cost savings, lead times, supplier performance).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, or procurement software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of inventory management, demand forecasting, and cost-reduction strategies.
- Familiarity with Indonesian market suppliers and local/regional sourcing networks is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
