Responsibility
- Operate packaging machinery efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Inspect finished products for quality, appearance, and consistency before packaging.
- Ensure all items are accurately labeled with correct pricing, expiry dates, and product codes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure a smooth flow of materials and finished goods.
- Perform routine checks on packaging equipment and report any malfunctions promptly to supervisors.
- Follow strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure workplace safety and product integrity.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing, bakery, or warehouse environment is an advantage.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks with precision.
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Good team player with a positive working attitude.
- Able to work on shift rotations (including weekends/public holidays if required).
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices (HACCP/GMP knowledge is a plus).
