Responsibility
- Develop and optimize formulations for powdered beverages, traditional medicines, and dietary supplements
- Conduct stability testing and shelf-life studies for new product formulations
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless scale-up from lab to commercial production
- Maintain accurate documentation of all formulation processes and test results
- Stay current with industry trends and regulatory requirements for nutraceutical products
- Troubleshoot formulation issues during production and implement corrective actions
- Work with quality assurance to ensure all products meet company and regulatory standards
- Participate in sensory evaluation panels for new product development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Food Technology, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in formulation development for powdered products
- Strong understanding of excipient interactions and formulation stability
- Experience with GMP and HACCP standards in manufacturing environments
- Proficient in laboratory techniques and analytical instruments (HPLC, UV-Vis, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian
