Responsibility
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies for microwave digestion systems and high-pressure reactors, targeting laboratories, universities, and industrial clients.
- Create compelling technical content, including brochures, whitepapers, and case studies, to highlight product benefits and applications.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs, address objections, and close high-value deals.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitors, identify trends, and recommend product enhancements.
- Organize and lead product demonstrations, webinars, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in academia and industry to drive brand credibility.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote our solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product marketing, technical sales, or application support for laboratory equipment.
- Strong understanding of microwave digestion, high-pressure reactions, or analytical instrumentation.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and verbal).
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and digital marketing (SEO, email campaigns, social media).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
