Responsibility
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies that align with business objectives and market demands.
- Create compelling product messaging, positioning, and value propositions tailored to different customer segments.
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches, including collateral development, sales enablement, and campaign management.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop tools and resources that enhance their ability to sell our products effectively.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market data to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the product team to provide insights that inform product roadmaps and feature prioritization.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as a product expert.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the technology or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products and driving market adoption.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and marketing.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
