Responsibility
- Assist the Brand Manager in developing and implementing brand strategies to drive market growth and consumer engagement.
- Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and market trends.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify opportunities for brand enhancement and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execution.
- Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and product launches to increase brand visibility.
- Maintain and update brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics tools.
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with AWS and VB is a plus.
