Responsibility
- Develop and produce high-quality videos, graphics, animations, and interactive content for marketing campaigns, social media, and corporate presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize and execute multimedia projects aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Edit and enhance raw footage, images, and audio to create polished, professional assets using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).
- Manage and optimize digital content libraries, ensuring easy accessibility and version control for all multimedia files.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in multimedia technology (e.g., AR/VR, 360° videos) and recommend innovative solutions to enhance engagement.
- Design and implement motion graphics and visual effects to elevate brand storytelling across platforms.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, click-throughs) to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., photographers, voice-over artists) to source additional creative resources as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Arts, Film Production, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in multimedia production, including video editing, graphic design, and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects (e.g., commercials, social media content, corporate videos).
- Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for multimedia content and basic web design principles (HTML/CSS a plus).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management tools.
