Responsibility
- Analyze sales, market, and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute B2B campaigns, including email, digital, and content marketing.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, such as ROI, CAC, and engagement metrics, to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Optimize CRM systems and marketing automation tools to streamline lead nurturing and sales processes.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic decision-making.
- Create compelling data visualizations and reports to present insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics and B2B marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in data analysis, marketing analytics, or B2B marketing.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate data into clear, impactful narratives.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, PPC, and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
