Responsibility

  • Analyze sales, market, and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute B2B campaigns, including email, digital, and content marketing.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, such as ROI, CAC, and engagement metrics, to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Optimize CRM systems and marketing automation tools to streamline lead nurturing and sales processes.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Create compelling data visualizations and reports to present insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics and B2B marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in data analysis, marketing analytics, or B2B marketing.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
