Responsibility
- Plan, execute, and evaluate corporate events, conferences, workshops, and exhibitions.
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies to strengthen relationships.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget oversight.
- Create compelling marketing collateral and communications for events and campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align events with business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure innovative event strategies.
- Track and report on event performance metrics, ROI, and attendee feedback.
- Support ad-hoc marketing and communications initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, marketing, or corporate communications.
- Proven track record of delivering successful corporate events and stakeholder engagement programs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, event management software, and CRM tools.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
