Responsibility

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to align with brand goals and target audiences across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Identify, vet, and onboard high-impact KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and micro-influencers to expand our digital footprint.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership contracts, budgets, and deliverables with influencers and agencies.
  • Create compelling campaign briefs, content guidelines, and creative directions for influencer collaborations.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (engagement rates, ROI, reach) using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and third-party platforms.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, ensuring brand alignment and authenticity.
  • Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, platform algorithms, and competitor strategies to refine our approach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, PR) to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital PR, preferably in a fast-paced agency or in-house role.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms, including best practices for content creation and audience engagement.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills (Mandarin proficiency is a plus for East Malaysian candidates).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data-driven insights and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, trendspotting, and brand positioning.
  • Willingness to relocate to Kuala Lumpur (relocation assistance provided).
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools (e.g., Upfluence, AspireIQ, Grin) is advantageous.
