Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit, train, and retain high-performing agents and partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to ensure their success and alignment with company goals.
- Monitor and analyze agent performance, providing feedback and support to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing and sales initiatives that enhance agent productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all agent activities.
- Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to keep agents informed about product updates and sales techniques.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding the agent network in new and existing markets.
- Prepare and present reports on agent performance, market trends, and business development activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or agency relations, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
