Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies for TikTok and Instagram.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with key influencers and content creators.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align influencer campaigns with broader marketing goals.
- Create engaging content briefs and ensure brand consistency across all influencer collaborations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform algorithm changes to refine strategies.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources for campaigns.
- Report on campaign metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of TikTok and Instagram platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
- Creative thinker with a knack for storytelling and content strategy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
