Responsibility
- Assist in the planning and execution of conferences, training programs, and other events.
- Coordinate with vendors, speakers, and attendees to ensure smooth event operations.
- Manage event registrations, attendee lists, and logistics.
- Support marketing efforts by creating promotional materials and managing social media campaigns.
- Conduct research to identify potential speakers, sponsors, and partners.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event venues.
- Provide on-site support during events, including registration, ushering, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare post-event reports and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or Business).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital marketing tools.
