Responsibility
- Promote and market credit products (BRIF Regular) to potential customers in assigned regions.
- Conduct financial assessments and verify customer eligibility for credit applications.
- Provide clear and accurate information about loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline loan approval and disbursement processes.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
- Stay updated on banking regulations, market trends, and competitive products.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with credit assessment processes and financial documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali for client meetings and outreach activities.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
