Responsibility

  • Assist in the development and implementation of digital and traditional marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create and curate compelling content for social media, blogs, email newsletters, and other marketing channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product) to ensure consistent brand messaging and cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Manage and update company websites and landing pages to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
  • Assist in organizing and executing events, webinars, and promotional activities to boost brand awareness.
  • Support the preparation of marketing reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership teams.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role (internships and freelance work are a plus).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark).
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
