Responsibility
- Develop and execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media, blogs, and email marketing to boost brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, engagement) using tools like Google Analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through CRM and email automation.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and refine targeting strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or social media management.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and other marketing tools.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a portfolio of past work.
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
