Responsibility

  • Develop and execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media, blogs, and email marketing to boost brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, engagement) using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through CRM and email automation.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and refine targeting strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or social media management.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and other marketing tools.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a portfolio of past work.
