Responsibility

  • Develop and execute creative event concepts aligned with Trans Studio Bali’s brand identity and business objectives.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with vendors, sponsors, and local businesses to enhance event offerings.
  • Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including venue setup, audiovisual requirements, catering, and guest management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events through digital and traditional channels, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
  • Monitor event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success metrics, gather feedback, and implement improvements for future events.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to propose innovative event ideas.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to align event strategies with broader business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning, partnerships, or marketing within the hospitality, entertainment, or tourism industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully organizing large-scale events, from conception to execution.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms to drive event promotion.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate unique and engaging event concepts.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
