Responsibility
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to enhance brand awareness and lead generation for financial services.
- Support the creation of engaging content, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and promotional materials tailored to the financial sector.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, conversion rates) using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and product development, to align marketing strategies with business objectives and client needs.
- Manage and update marketing databases, CRM systems, and digital asset libraries to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing initiatives, events, and sponsorships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to propose innovative strategies.
- Assist in organizing and promoting company events, webinars, and workshops to engage clients and prospects.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the financial services, fintech, or consulting industries (internships or part-time roles are acceptable).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or HubSpot.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and content.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or video editing software is a bonus.
