Responsibility

  • Develop and execute omnichannel growth strategies to expand personal brands and corporate accounts, leveraging CRM, email, social, and paid media.
  • Lead CRM operations, including segmentation, automation, and personalization to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Optimize AI-driven workflows to streamline marketing processes, improve lead nurturing, and increase conversion rates.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of marketing operations specialists, analysts, and growth hackers.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and tech teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Analyze performance metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, ROI) and implement data-driven improvements to marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the integration of marketing tech stacks (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, AI tools) to ensure scalability and efficiency.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in growth marketing, CRM, and AI to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, CRM management, or marketing operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign) and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SQL, or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience scaling personal brands or corporate accounts through omnichannel strategies (email, social, SEO, paid ads).
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., generative AI, predictive analytics, chatbots) for marketing optimization.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing and operational plans.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across global, remote teams.
