Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition across digital and traditional channels.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing) to maximize ROI and engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and audience insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing efforts with business objectives and product launches.
- Manage brand identity and messaging, ensuring consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Oversee budget allocation and performance tracking for marketing initiatives, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Build and nurture partnerships with influencers, agencies, and media outlets to amplify reach and credibility.
- Optimize website and landing pages for conversion, user experience, and search engine rankings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven 5+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in digital or B2B/B2C sectors.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
- Exceptional analytical and project management skills, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a bonus.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), marketing automation, and content management systems (WordPress, Shopify).
