Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition across digital and traditional channels.
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing) to maximize ROI and engagement.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and audience insights for data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing efforts with business objectives and product launches.
  • Manage brand identity and messaging, ensuring consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Oversee budget allocation and performance tracking for marketing initiatives, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Build and nurture partnerships with influencers, agencies, and media outlets to amplify reach and credibility.
  • Optimize website and landing pages for conversion, user experience, and search engine rankings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven 5+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in digital or B2B/B2C sectors.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Exceptional analytical and project management skills, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a bonus.
