Responsibility
- Create engaging social media content (posts, stories, reels) that aligns with our brand voice and style.
- Assist in developing and executing content calendars for multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Write and edit captions, blog posts, and other written content with a focus on storytelling and audience engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest innovative ideas to enhance our digital presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement campaign strategies.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content effectiveness.
- Assist in managing community interactions, including responding to comments and messages.
- Support the team with ad-hoc marketing tasks, such as research and competitor analysis.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in pacing, storytelling, and caption writing for social media.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok) and their best practices.
- Basic knowledge of content editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark, CapCut) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing and content creation.
- Prior internship or freelance experience in content marketing or social media is advantageous.
