As a Product Manager, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our service portal, ensuring seamless user experiences and alignment with business goals. Responsibility
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the Service Portal, aligning with company objectives and user needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, and business teams to prioritize features and enhancements based on market research and user feedback.
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Gather, analyze, and translate user requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., adoption rates, user engagement) and iterate on the product to drive continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including testing, deployment, and post-release support.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles to deliver intuitive and accessible digital experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Product Management, preferably in SaaS, service portals, or digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development lifecycle.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Experience with user research, A/B testing, and UX principles to inform product decisions.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar for collaboration and project tracking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
