Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance IT solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including C-level executives, to define technology roadmaps and align architectural strategies with organizational goals.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance system efficiency and innovation.
- Oversee the integration of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ensure seamless interoperability across on-premise and hybrid environments.
- Develop and enforce architectural best practices, standards, and governance to maintain consistency and quality across projects.
- Mentor and guide development teams, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, security protocols, and data protection standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or principal architect role.
- Proven expertise in designing enterprise-level solutions, including microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC).
- Hands-on experience with system integration, data modeling, and security frameworks (e.g., Zero Trust, ISO 27001).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, or CISSP are highly advantageous.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders and drive consensus.
