Responsibility
- Lead the development and enhancement of regulatory solutions aligned with the EU Taxonomy framework.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define product roadmaps.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in sustainable finance.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on regulatory solutions.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry developments to ensure product relevance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or sustainability.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, particularly the EU Taxonomy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive product initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
