Responsibility
- Lead the development and optimization of test solutions for wafer-level optics and optical modules, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to refine product specifications and testing protocols.
- Oversee the implementation of automated testing systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in production.
- Analyze test data and performance metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Manage the product lifecycle from conceptualization to mass production, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective solutions.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, translating complex engineering concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, minimize waste, and optimize resource utilization.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in photonics and optical engineering to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics, or a related field. A PhD is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, test engineering, or optical systems development, preferably in the semiconductor or photonics industry.
- Proven expertise in wafer-level testing, optical metrology, and automated test equipment (ATE).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and complex engineering projects.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB, LabVIEW, Python) and statistical process control (SPC) methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or other relevant quality management systems.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia, with eligibility to work in the region.
