Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies to drive growth and market penetration.
- Collaborate with principals, branches, and cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to execute product launches and promotions.
- Manage product lifecycle, from conception to discontinuation, ensuring optimal performance at every stage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and customers.
- Prepare and present regular reports on product performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a similar industry.
