Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, and social media to generate high-intent leads.
- Create, curate, and optimize engaging content (blogs, social posts, videos, infographics) aligned with brand voice and audience needs.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (traffic, conversion rates, CTR, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot to refine strategies.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with A/B testing to maximize ROI and lead quality.
- Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless lead handoffs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor gaps, and opportunities for audience expansion.
- Optimize website and landing pages for SEO and UX to improve organic rankings and user engagement.
- Build and nurture email marketing funnels to convert leads into loyal customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or content creation.
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush) and social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with a portfolio of published content (blogs, ads, emails).
- Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and budget management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for global audiences.
