Responsibility
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to design and improve electronic products.
- Conduct product testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills in product engineering.
- Document technical specifications, test results, and process improvements.
- Assist in prototyping and pilot production runs for new product developments.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to recommend product enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and environmental guidelines in product development.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.
- Basic understanding of electronics, product design, or manufacturing processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting.
