Responsibility
- Lead tender preparation, submission, and negotiation processes for civil and geotechnical projects.
- Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to ensure project viability.
- Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies, to align project goals.
- Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and project timelines for management review.
- Resolve on-site engineering challenges and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
- Ensure adherence to environmental and sustainability best practices in all project phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering, site engineering, or project management.
- Proven expertise in civil construction, geotechnical investigations, or infrastructure development.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations, building codes, and industry standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other engineering software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
