Responsibility
- Design and develop a relational database to store and manage package platform data, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Create an interactive dashboard (e.g., using Power BI, Tableau, or custom web frameworks) to visualize key metrics and insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Package Concept Development team to gather requirements and define data models.
- Automate data collection and processing workflows to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
- Conduct data validation and testing to ensure the integrity and reliability of the database and dashboard.
- Document technical specifications, user guides, and best practices for future reference.
- Present findings and recommendations to team members and management through clear, data-driven reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends in data engineering, semiconductor packaging, and visualization tools.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar programming languages for database development and data manipulation.
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, D3.js) or web development frameworks (e.g., React, Flask).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor packaging concepts is a plus but not required.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced technical setting.
