As an M&E Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, implementation, and monitoring of mechanical and electrical systems for high-profile retail developments. Based in one of Bali’s vibrant hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to bring visionary retail spaces to life.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement M&E project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for retail developments.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and BOMs (Bill of Materials) for M&E installations.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to procure high-quality materials and equipment within budget constraints.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to M&E systems during construction and post-installation.
- Ensure adherence to sustainability and energy-efficiency standards in all project deliverables.
- Generate progress reports and present updates to stakeholders, highlighting risks, challenges, and mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&E coordination, preferably in retail, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software for M&E design and planning.
- Strong knowledge of local and international M&E codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., SNI, IEC, NFPA).
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proven track record of cost estimation, budgeting, and vendor negotiation for M&E components.
- Familiarity with sustainable building practices (e.g., LEED, Green Mark) is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
