Responsibility
- Conduct regular structural inspections of estates to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for civil infrastructure, including roads, drainage, and building foundations.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal teams to execute repairs, renovations, and upgrades.
- Oversee budgeting and cost estimation for maintenance projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Monitor and report on the condition of estate assets, providing data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, environmental regulations, and Lippo Karawaci’s operational policies.
- Lead emergency response efforts for structural issues, natural wear, or environmental damage.
- Collaborate with landscape and facility teams to integrate civil engineering solutions with aesthetic and functional property enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., P.E.) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil engineering, property maintenance, or estate management.
- Proven expertise in structural assessment, construction materials, and maintenance methodologies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software, BIM tools, or other engineering applications.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with Bali’s building regulations and tropical climate considerations for property upkeep.
