Responsibility
- Design, develop, and oversee the installation of electrical and mechanical systems for construction projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to integrate M&E solutions into building designs.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and propose effective solutions.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for M&E systems.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of M&E installations within budget.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ensure all M&E systems meet safety, sustainability, and energy efficiency standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in M&E systems for construction or building services.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution, HVAC systems, and building automation.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
