Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management, from NPI through mass production to EOL, ensuring seamless transitions and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to define product specifications, design requirements, and testing protocols.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new product designs, identifying potential challenges and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain detailed product documentation, including BOMs, technical drawings, and user manuals, to support production and customer needs.
- Monitor product performance in the field, analyze customer feedback and failure data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality materials and components while optimizing costs and lead times.
- Ensure all products meet regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO, CE, RoHS) for global markets.
- Provide technical support to sales, marketing, and customer service teams to resolve product-related inquiries and issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product engineering, manufacturing, or NPI within a high-tech or electronics industry.
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) tools and CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and BOMs with precision.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience with regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO 9001, CE, UL) and quality management systems (QMS).
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
