Responsibility
- Collaborate with R&D and design teams to translate product specifications into manufacturable designs.
- Develop and implement robust testing protocols to validate product performance and reliability.
- Identify and resolve manufacturing challenges to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality materials and components.
- Conduct root cause analysis for product failures and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality policies.
- Provide technical support to production teams to troubleshoot and improve manufacturing processes.
- Document and maintain accurate records of product specifications, test results, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product engineering, manufacturing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and engineering analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience in the energy, electronics, or semiconductor industries is a plus.
