Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee end-to-end product development lifecycles from concept to mass production.
- Manage and execute sample trials, ensuring all technical specifications and quality requirements are met.
- Analyze production readiness by conducting thorough assessments of materials, machinery, and workflows.
- Act as the primary liaison between the design/R&D team and the production floor to resolve bottlenecks.
- Document trial results and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
- Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of new products.
- Maintain comprehensive records of product specifications, trial logs, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Packaging Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in product development, manufacturing, or quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of production processes and manufacturing workflows.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data management software.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
