Responsibility
- Develop and execute a product roadmap to enhance student recruitment strategies for Australian and New Zealand university partners.
- Identify and cultivate new partnerships with universities, education agents, and key stakeholders to expand market reach.
- Conduct market research to understand student needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends in international education.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to design and launch student-centric products and services.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, partner satisfaction) to optimize product offerings.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve user experience, from application processes to post-enrollment support.
- Represent Education Republic at industry conferences, webinars, and networking events to build brand visibility.
- Stay updated on visa policies, education regulations, and other factors impacting international student mobility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, business development, or international education.
- Proven track record in building and managing partnerships, preferably with universities or EdTech companies.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a bonus.
- Experience working in Southeast Asia or with international markets is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello), and data analytics platforms.
- Passion for education technology and a deep understanding of student recruitment challenges.
