Responsibility
- Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation across Southeast Asia.
- Build and maintain strong media relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry analysts.
- Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and thought leadership content.
- Oversee sustainability reporting and ESG communications to align with corporate values.
- Manage internal communications, including newsletters, town halls, and executive messaging.
- Monitor media coverage and provide crisis communications support as needed.
- Organize and coordinate press conferences, media interviews, and industry events.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent branding across all channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or media relations.
- Proven track record of securing media placements in top-tier outlets (regional and international).
- Strong writing and editing skills with experience in press releases, speeches, and reports.
- Deep understanding of Southeast Asian markets and cultural nuances.
- Experience in sustainability/ESG communications is a strong plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; additional ASEAN languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Thai) are advantageous.
